To retrieve your password


1. Go to your usual ebrary site at http://site.ebrary.com/lib/xxxxx
 where xxxxx is your ebrary site name (often same as domain name)

2. Click the “Sign In” link at the top right

3. If window says “Please sign in to your personal ebrary account”:

  • Enter your username (not sure what it is?  email support@ebrary.com)
  • Click the “Send me my password” link
  • Your password will be emailed to the address on file within a few moments; if you don’t receive it, you may have entered an incorrect username

4. If does NOT say “Please sign in to your personal ebrary account”:

Your site uses a custom login – contact your librarian!
